Electricity Features & Benefits

  • DocuSign is not accepted

  • Verbal LOA is accepted

 

SSE will apply for sites twice only, if the first objection is not resolved within 14 days the contract is cancelled and will require reselling.

Gas Features & Benefits

  • Attractive Commissions – 1.5p/kWh uplifts 

  • SSE will price a maximum consumption of 292,999 kWh. For sites with an AQ greater than 292,999 kWh, please request a bespoke quote. 

  • SSE offers fixed term fixed price contracts for any duration, and will accommodate co terminus end dates to ensure your contracts for all supplies can be negotiated at the same time.

  • SSE cannot price IGT meters through the matrix. A bespoke tender request would be required.

  • Options for customers with poor credit

  • Cash cheque (no surcharge) or DD options

  • Smart meters are billed monthly on actual reads

  • DocuSign is not accepted

  • Verbal LOA is accepted

Renewal Cycle

From April 2014, all products will be sold on a non-automatic renewal basis.

Currently, renewal offers are issued 60 days prior to the contract end date and termination must be served by 30 days before the end date.

Where valid termination is not received, contracts are no longer rolled. Customers will instead move onto a variable rate.
