Renewal Cycle

Customers are given a fixed price at the end of their current contract if they do nothing (either direct or through a broker) but are able to upgrade to a better product or change suppliers without termination fees at any time.

Once a contract is agreed, the customer is then subject to the relevant Ts&Cs for that contract.
