Renewal Cycle

Opus Energy offers one type of renewal for customers:

Variable Renewal 

Variable renewals do not automatically renew for 12 months at the end of the initial fixed contract period and are instead placed on variable rates (Opus Energy will send notice to the customer of what these rates will be). A 30 day notice period then applies for customers when the initial fixed term has ended.
