  • Extra Energy require the email address of the person responsible for paying the bills for the site. Extra Energy are a paper free company so an online account is created for the customer.

Renewal Cycle

If customers joined Extra Energy on or before 29th April 2015 a renewal notice will be sent by post 120 days before the contract is due to end. The renewal notice will provide details of the new fixed rate product and will explain the customers options. Termination notice needs to be sent 90 days prior to the contract end date.

 

If customers joined Extra Energy on or after 30th April 2015 a renewal notice will be sent by post 60 days before the contract is due to end. This renewal notice will provide details of the new fixed rate product and will explain the customers options. Termination notice needs to be sent 30 days prior to the contract end date.
