  • Price contracts up to 500,000 kwh (Anything over 500,000 needs to be bespoke)

  • For both Acquisitions and renewals Crown sell as far out as 365 days prior to CED. They may be able to price further ahead for Bespoke contracts, however this would need to be authorised by Crown first.

  • No auto-renewals and no need to terminate & No direct sales team to ‘winback’

  • Paper & Verbal contracts accepted

  • Inclusive of third party charges & customers only pay for what they use

  • No automated phone systems – Just real people

  • Same price for new and existing customers.

  • Verbal LOAs are not accepted

  • Do not accept IGT meters.

  • DocuSign is accepted.​

Renewal Cycle

Renewal offers are sent to customers around 180 days before the contract end date.  

Crown send Micro Business letters around 70 days prior to the contract ending.

 

Crown do not require termination notice and do not enter customers into roll over contracts. If no new contract is agreed the customer will be on Out of Contract rates.
