Additional Charges
If the customers signs up to Direct Debit Payment terms and then does not full-fill their contractual obligation by either cancelling the direct debit or never providing a direct debit mandate they will incur an additional 2pence increase on their unit rate.
AMR metering incurs an additional £4.16 on top of the standing charge
Renewal Cycle
Corona will contact the customer 60 days before contract end date notifying that they have 30 days before end date to terminate.
A renewal letter will be sent to the customer 60 days before the end date confirming the prices for the next contract period.
Where termination is not received 30 days before the end date, the customer is automatically renewed on the terms specified on the letter.
